These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DK Algo trading indicator and website (the "Service") operated by DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Upon purchasing a subscription or license to our Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trading indicator for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This license is specific to your TradingView account and may not be shared, transferred, or used on multiple accounts unless explicitly permitted in your subscription plan.

Subscription and Payments

Monthly Plan

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

Lifetime Plan

Lifetime subscriptions require a one-time payment and grant you access to the Service for as long as it exists, including future updates but subject to the terms outlined herein.

Personal Strategy Plan

The Personal Strategy plan operates on a profit-sharing basis as specified in a separate agreement between you and DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our indicator
  • To share your subscription with others or attempt to circumvent license restrictions
  • To reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express permission
  • To engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd. does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. The performance of our trading indicator in the past is not necessarily indicative of future results. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Our Service is designed to be a tool to assist in your trading decisions but should not be the sole basis for your trading activities. We strongly recommend that you seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DK Algo Trading Technologies Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any trading decisions made based on the information provided by our Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Governing Law
