Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial of our trading indicator to allow you to evaluate its functionality and suitability for your trading needs. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this trial period before committing to a paid plan.
The free trial is provided at no cost and therefore is not eligible for a refund. It is designed to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
Monthly Plan Refunds
For our Monthly Plan subscribers:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our Monthly Plan within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment.
- Subsequent Payments: For subsequent monthly payments, refunds are generally not provided. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your Monthly Plan subscription, log into your account dashboard and navigate to the subscription settings, or contact our customer support team.
Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service or stop monthly subscription renewals, as described in our Terms of Service, we are not obligated to refund any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period. We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial or full refunds when we shut down the Service, but we are not required to do so unless applicable law requires it.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
- For transaction fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions
- If the request is based on trading losses or market performance issues unrelated to the technical functioning of our indicator
- If there is evidence of abuse of our services, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity
- If the refund request is made outside of the specified timeframes without extraordinary circumstances
- If you have previously received a refund for any of our services
- If the Service has been discontinued or subscription renewals have been stopped by DK Algo, except where we choose to offer a discretionary refund or where required by law
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, email address associated with your account, and order number
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request

We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
