Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial of our trading indicator to allow you to evaluate its functionality and suitability for your trading needs. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this trial period before committing to a paid plan.
The free trial is provided at no cost and therefore is not eligible for a refund. It is designed to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
Monthly Plan Refunds
For our Monthly Plan subscribers:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our Monthly Plan within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment.
- Subsequent Payments: For subsequent monthly payments, refunds are generally not provided. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your Monthly Plan subscription, log into your account dashboard and navigate to the subscription settings, or contact our customer support team.
Lifetime Plan Refunds
For our Lifetime Plan purchasers:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our Lifetime Plan within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- After 14 Days: Due to the nature of digital products and the permanent access they provide, we cannot offer refunds for Lifetime Plan purchases after the 14-day period has expired.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues with our indicator that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time frame, we may consider extending the refund period on a case-by-case basis.
Personal Strategy Plan
For our Personal Strategy Plan clients:
- Consultation Phase: If you decide not to proceed with the Personal Strategy Plan after the initial consultation but before strategy development begins, any upfront fees paid will be fully refunded.
- After Development Begins: Once our team has begun developing your custom strategy, refunds may be prorated based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
- Profit-Sharing Model: Since the Personal Strategy Plan primarily operates on a profit-sharing basis rather than upfront fees, the refund terms will be specifically outlined in your individual service agreement.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
- For transaction fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions
- If the request is based on trading losses or market performance issues unrelated to the technical functioning of our indicator
- If there is evidence of abuse of our services, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity
- If the refund request is made outside of the specified timeframes without extraordinary circumstances
- If you have previously received a refund for any of our services
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your full name, email address associated with your account, and order number
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant information or documentation that supports your request
We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
